When do I pay?
Sessions are invoiced after they take place. You receive an invoice after the session, payable within 14 days by bank transfer.
What if I don't show up?
For no-shows (not cancelling within 48 hours) we charge 50% of the session fee. This is outlined in our terms and conditions.
Can I cancel for free?
Yes, cancellation is free up to 48 hours before the session. After that, a 50% cancellation fee applies.
What is included in the Exam-Ready Package?
The package includes a full mock exam (9 subjects, 90 questions), 3 targeted coaching sessions based on your results, and a personal action plan. Together €249, now €199.
